Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a credit or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.* Whether you made your purchase online or at Centre Récréatif d’Armes à Feu de Montréal, you may exchange it by mail or at CRAFM.

 

Items returned in accordance with Centre Récréatif d’Armes à Feu de Montréal, accompanied by a receipt, in it’s original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition will be exchanged or credited at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

 

Note: Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your merchandise credit. We cannot accept COD return orders.

 

Centre Récréatif d’Armes à Feu de Montréal reserves the right to limit or decline credits or exchanges.

 

For items damaged in shipment, please call Customer Service at 1-877-635-4867 or email gestion@crafm.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

 

*Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:

New firearms: All sales are FINAL. If a firearm is defective, contact the manufacturer or an authorized service centre for warranty determination and/or repair. Please call 1-877-635-4867 prior to mailing a firearm to CRAFM. Abuse, incorrect use or subjecting the firearm to extreme conditions may invalidate the warranty.

 

Final Sale items that cannot be returned include:

  • Ammunition, gun powder, primers or reloading components
  • Bear or dog spray
  • Books
  • Pre-owned firearms purchased from our retail store
  • Special Orders (including personalized items)
  • Any clothing

CRAFM Store Returns (Local customers only)

To exchange or receive a credit on a item or items at our store location, please take your merchandise to the front desk in the store.

 

Online Purchases

 

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging

Include any literature, manuals, software or other materials that were included with the item.

 

  1. Prepare the package for shipment

Include your invoice (or a copy) with the merchandise.
Note that if an exchange is not available a credit will be issued.

Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective.

 

  1. Wrap & ship the package

Wrap securely to protect the item and avoid any possible damage in transit.
If your package cannot be handled by Canada Post please call 1-877-635-4867  to discuss the details of your return – we will advise you of an alternate carrier.

 

Sorry, returns sent COD cannot be accepted.
