REGISTRATION / INSCRIPTION

Registration will begin on January 21, 2023. The form will be available in person, at the CTM, that morning, during the January match. You can also download it here and mail it to us or bring it with your payment. CASH or CHECK ONLY!

Les inscriptions débuteront le 21 janvier 2023. Le formulaire sera disponible en personne, au CTM, ce matin-là, lors du match de janvier. Vous pourrez également le télécharger ici et nous le poster ou venir le porter avec votre paiement. ARGENT COMPTANT ou CHÈQUE SEULEMENT !

MIC – ENGLISH FORM

You have to fill the form and join the EXACT amount in cash or a cheque to the order of : Club de Tir de Montréal and mail it or bring it to the CTM as soon as possible.

CIM – FORMULAIRE EN FRANÇAIS

Vous devez compléter le formulaire et joindre le montant EXACT en argent comptant ou un chèque payable à l’ordre de : Club de Tir de Montréal – et postez-le ou apportez-le au CTM dès que possible.
